MktInvest publishes independent research and analysis on commodities and related sectors: structured analyst views, source-cited facts, in-depth reports, a blog and email alerts. Content is produced with AI assistance from cited primary sources and is refreshed on a weekly cycle.

Everything on MktInvest is marketing communication for informational purposes. It is not investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation (MiFID II), nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not provide price targets or single-stock recommendations. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions; always consult a qualified professional and the primary sources before acting.

Access requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account and for keeping your access credentials confidential. One account is personal and non-transferable: sharing login access or reselling access to the content is not permitted. For team and enterprise access, see the corporate page.

• Free tier: a free preview of every covered commodity and the free portion of blog articles.
• Pro: €49 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Taxes (e.g. VAT) are calculated at checkout where applicable. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• Complimentary access: we may grant free promotional or trial access at our discretion (e.g. for feedback partners). Complimentary access has an expiry date, converts to nothing automatically, and never results in any charge.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry and, if ultimately unsuccessful, the subscription lapses and the account returns to the free tier.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page ("Manage subscription" opens the Stripe billing portal). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. No partial-period refunds are due.

EU consumers — right of withdrawal. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, Pro is digital content supplied immediately: by completing checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access to the full content has begun, you lose the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

• No scraping, crawling or bulk downloading of the content.
• No redistribution or republication of the content, in whole or in part.
• No use of the service for unlawful purposes or market manipulation.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits or the paywall.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund in case of serious abuse.

The MktInvest name, logo, site design and the editorial structure of the research are our property. Facts and figures remain attributed to their original sources, which are cited and linked wherever they appear.

We work to keep the research accurate, sourced and fresh, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, error-free or available at all times. Markets are volatile and information can become outdated: each view shows its own publication date, and you should always verify against the primary sources. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part; if we discontinue a paid service we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MktInvest is not liable for any investment or trading decision, loss or damage arising from the use of the content. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. For material changes we will notify registered users by email in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means accepting the new terms.
